You build it à la carte. Pick any combination of our services — gutter cleaning, roof inspections with photos, arborist assessments, soft-wash siding, on-call handyman, fire extinguisher inspection, plus extras like roof maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, window cleaning, mosquito control, irrigation, AC maintenance, and more. There's a monthly minimum by home story ($200 on 1-story, $260 on 2-story, $310 on 3-story) but no required services — you only pay for what fits your home.
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@truhomeexperience.com. Cancellation kicks in at the end of the current billing period — you keep service through the period you've already paid for, and we won't charge the next month.

Nope. The vast majority of our visits happen while customers are at work. We just need safe access to your property — gates unlocked, dogs settled, that kind of thing. After every visit you'll get photo updates and a summary in your account.
We reschedule. Weather is the one thing none of us can control. We'll text or email you as soon as we know and get you back on the calendar within the next few days.
Billing runs automatically through Stripe on the same day each month, based on the day you signed up. You'll get a receipt every month, and you can update your payment method anytime from your dashboard.
Tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. That's our standing guarantee. If something still isn't working, we'll refund you fairly — we'd rather lose a month of service than a customer's trust.
Yes. TruHome is fully licensed and insured, and our crews are uniformed. License numbers and insurance certificates are available on request — just email us.
